Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2025

At Nanodesigntec LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and SaaS solutions. Because our services are delivered digitally and/or on a subscription basis, our refund and returns policy is as follows:

1. Digital Services and SaaS Subscriptions

  • All subscriptions to AI GuideGenie and other SaaS-based services are non-refundable, as access to the service is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • Fees paid for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Failure to use or access the service does not entitle you to a refund.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only stop future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for payments already made.

2. One-Time Creative Services (Design, Animation, Development, etc.)

  • Payments for one-time projects (e.g., animation design, 3D modeling, app development) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Refund requests may be considered only if:

    • The project has not yet started, and

    • A written cancellation request is submitted within 3 business days of payment.

  • Once work has been delivered in whole or in part, payments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you are unable to access our SaaS service due to a verified technical error on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our sole discretion.

  • Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party services do not qualify for refunds.

4. Refund Method via Stripe

  • All approved refunds are processed exclusively through Stripe.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • We do not issue refunds via alternative methods (such as cash, bank transfer, or other processors).

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services.
